The problem has been the lack of a fundamentally correct structure to organize and manage the business and to organize business change. It means deploying the solutions to be utilized in performance to the results where value is to be created. It means assigning managers responsible for each result, for each item of capital to be utilized, and for the performance of the capital to produce results.

This provides the foundation needed and one integrated result-performance business structure for organization, strategy, planning, operations, development, reporting, management, and governance.
