Knowledge management needs some professional capabilities in knowing how human capital improves from knowledge and utilizes knowledge. We need to identify knowledge needed by the business, coordinate new knowledge solution creation, and manage knowledge as human capital. We also need integrate knowledge access into our day-to-day work, so that it is delivered with business data and other information capital to produce results.
