Improve through R-pM

Improvement through R-pM takes place on three levels:

Conventional Improvement

Conventional improvement improves the way that things have always been done. All major business changes, even radical business transformations, just improved the way that things have always been done. New business processes, performance management structures, and other methods were defined as new overlays on the business, the organization, and other methods in place. Conventional methods are generally accepted because they are the way it has always been done.

It is comfortable to change the way things have always been done. Convention organization and management methods contain unsolvable problems

Conventional methods of business organization and management do not organize and manage the business. Problems cannot be solved by new conventional methods or management books

New methods and books are based on the existing methods and the published record. New methods build on the old to get around problems, rather than replacing the old to solve problems.
